Cinema outing: Freedom or the forgotten tragedy

Freedom by Tony Gatliff, currently in theaters, it is the forgotten story of the Roma during the Second World War. Lost on the roads of a conflict that overtook them, around 500,000 Roma were exterminated in concentration camps, victims of the madness of the Nazis, and in the general indifference of a Europe devastated by war. In his film Liberté, director Tony Gatlif pays tribute to them, through the story of a family of Gypsies in France, featuring real characters.
